Our UK shipping times are typically 2-4 working days from dispatch.
Due to certain locations taking us slightly longer to ship to, we advise that our international shipping will usually take 7-10 days but this may be quicker / longer depending on location.
Deliveries are dispatched using a tracked service, however please be aware that due to COVID protocols (particularly with ROW shipping) couriers are unable to maintain the tracked element at all checkpoints of the service.
Our couriers also work to remain compliant with local laws and their own safety protocols regarding COVID safety which can cause small delays on some orders. This is unfortunately beyond our control, but is to maintain safety.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Mon-Fri will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11am will be processed on the following Monday. Please note with our ongoing Summer Sale we are receiving extremely high order volumes and dispatch may therefore be a slight bit slower. We continue to dispatch as quick as possible, but if urgent, please select the express shipping option - we appreciate your understanding and support.
Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday delivery, and delivery periods do not include weekends or holidays.
We understand that a product ordered may not always be the right one for you. We are therefore happy to exchange / refund any merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
All return cost responsibility lies with the customer - for information on where best to send your return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference and reason for return.
All products must be returned unworn, with original tags attached and in full re-sellable condition. If our customer care team do not feel that the product is returned as stated above, it is with their discretion that the item is suitable for return.
You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge)
