Delivery & Returns

At SPIRAL, we’re committed to offering great products and great service. Below you’ll find all the key details about our delivery and returns process.

Extended Christmas Returns – Orders from 01/11/25 can be returned until 09/01/26 (terms apply).


Shipping

Do you ship to my country?
Yes - we ship worldwide.

Shipping costs:

  • UK Recorded Shipping – £3.50

  • UK Express Shipping – £5.50

  • Europe Standard Shipping – Country dependent

  • USA Standard Shipping – $19.99

Free Shipping:

  • UK orders over £79.99 / EU orders over €79.99

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–4 working days from dispatch

  • International: Usually 7–10 working days, depending on location

All deliveries are sent via a tracked service.

Please note: With our ongoing Crossbody Promotion, order volumes are particularly high. Our team is working swiftly and diligently to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Where any dispatch delays occur on our side, we’re upgrading shipment services to ensure delivery is as prompt as possible.


Dispatch Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually processed the same day (excluding holidays) and ship within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Please note: we don’t currently offer Saturday delivery, and delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.


Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt.

To arrange a return, please email info@spiraluk.com with your order reference (typically 5 digits) and reason for return. Our team will confirm the best return address and next steps.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in resellable condition

  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable)

Our customer care team reserves the right to assess item condition before approving a return.
